Directions to the UA:
- Tucson International Airport:
From the Tucson International Airport, by car you exit the airport
northbound on Tucson Boulevard and take a left (heading west) at Valencia
Road, the first traffic signal. Driving west on Valencia Road one block to
a light at Campbell Avenue. Turn right (north) onto Campbell Avenue and
continue driving north, following the street through a midway name change
to Kino Parkway. At 6th Street, Kino Parkway will become Campbell Avenue
again. You will see the UA at the northwest corner of the intersection of
Campbell Avenue and 6th Street.
- From Interstate 10:
From north or south bound Interstate 10, take Exit I-10 at exit 257
- The
University of Arizona/Speedway Boulevard exit. Take Speedway Boulevard
east (a right for northbound travelers and a left for southbound
travelers). Continue east on Speedway Boulevard to Park Avenue. The
University of Arizona will be on both the north and south side of Speedway
Boulevard. For the location of a particular destination, see the UA Map
- Public Bus Service:
Sun Tran Tucson's public bus service has several routes around the
University area. The Tucson metropolitan area is serviced by several
shuttle and taxi companies. Many provide scheduled pickup-to-destination
service as well as walk-up service at the Tucson International Airport.
- Phoenix Shuttle Service:
If you are traveling from the Phoenix area a shuttle service
originating
at the Phoenix airport will bring you to several destinations in Tucson
including a stop right across the street from Arizona Stadium on the
University of Arizona campus. The air-conditioned vans operate on a
schedule leaving from both cities enroute to the other every hour on the
hour. The 120-mile trip takes about 2 hours.
